Yes, only if you cancel the booking before 24 hours that too with 10% will be charged as cancellation fee and then the remaining will be be credited back to you. if not cancelled before 24 hour the cancellation will not be entertained.
You can reschedule the services by contacting the salon and based on the available slots you can choose one among or walk directly to shop when free after confirming with the salon owner or expert.
